At SIE, each stage of the production process is directly monitored and controlled — from the purchase of raw materials to the fabrication of prototypes, through to in-house production and final quality inspection.

We do not outsource what matters. Sole-stitching, last-making, prototyping, and final QC happen inside our walls in Sonipat, where a team of cutters, stitchers, and lasters works alongside designers a few corridors away.

That short distance — design bench to production floor — is what allows a buyer's tweak on Monday to land in the sample box on Friday.

  1. 2022
    Founded

    Synergy India Enterprises is established in Sector-32 Phase II of the HSIIDC Industrial Area, Rai, Sonipat — a 2-hour drive from Delhi airport.

  2. 2023
    First European Partnership

    First European retail brand partnership secured. The first 500-pair production order ships, on time, in 86 days.

  3. 2024
    SMETA 4-Pillar Audit Passed

    Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit closed clean across all four pillars — labour, health & safety, environment, business ethics.

  4. 2024
    Higg FEM Certification

    Sustainable Apparel Coalition's Higg Facility Environmental Module completed — energy, water, chemicals, and waste, on the record.

  5. 2026
    SS26 Collection · Eleven Clients

    SS26 collection launched across heels, mary janes, slingbacks, mules, loafers, woven, and sandals. Eleven international brand clients now supplied season-on-season.

Building
Responsibly

Our production site was designed with environmental consciousness from the ground up — preserving rainwater, recovering existing structures rather than levelling them, and maintaining green spaces around the facility footprint.

We are continuously working toward improved energy efficiency and reducing our environmental footprint. The Higg FEM certification is our progress meter, not a finish line.

People
First

People are the driving force of SIE. We provide accommodation for outstation employees and in-house pantry facilities — because we believe a cared-for team produces exceptional work.

Our retention numbers show it: most of the senior team that joined in 2022 is still on the cutting bench in 2026. That continuity is what European buyers are really paying for when they place a repeat order.
